Own content end to end: creation, publishing, distribution, measurement, and automation
Write blog posts, research articles, essays, changelogs, and the newsletter
Distribute content on LinkedIn, dev.to, Hacker News, and Reddit
Interview engineers and customers, then write for both technical and non-technical readers
Publish weekly, with volume growing through Claude workflows and templated distribution
Drive SEO, GEO, and AI search visibility, measured in Ahrefs, Search Console, and ad accounts
Focus on outcomes: signups, citations, rankings, and backlinks
