Job description

Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations
Coordinate all activities required to set up and monitor a study, including identifying investigators, helping prepare regulatory submissions, and conducting pre-study and initiation visits
Handle appropriately sized clinical trials and support clinical study teams with larger-scope trials
Train and mentor junior staff members
Interact directly with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities including development and client presentations

4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Holder of a CRA certificate
Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment
Experience monitoring clinical trials across a variety of therapeutic areas
Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment; international travel may be required for some senior level positions
Fluency in English and the local language required; additional languages considered an asset
Preferred: graduate or postgraduate degree with a concentration in a scientific or healthcare discipline
Preferred: study start up activities experience
Preferred: for Senior CRAs, understanding of financial management
