Job description

Secure everything from Kubernetes clusters on the cloud to SaaS integrations and developer workflows
Articulate and execute a vision for security in the age of LLMs
Build internal tooling and CI/CD automations that catch vulnerabilities before production
Lead threat modeling sessions and secure code reviews, ensuring secure-by-default APIs and deployments
Take a first-principles approach to hardening authentication and access control across internal and external surfaces
Proactively probe for vulnerabilities and lead remediation
Own, launch, and manage the Bug Bounty Program, triage reports, and drive remediation
Investigate vulnerabilities, lead incident response, orchestrate pen testing, and run blameless postmortems
Translate complex security risks into actionable engineering tasks

Ability to analyze systems for weaknesses in business logic, IAM configurations, or codebase
Track record of responding to real-world incidents and leading remediation efforts
Startup native: thrive in fast-paced 100–300 person environments
Target salary ranges from $165,000-$200,000
Work location: Remote, with hubs in New York City and San Francisco
