- Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent from a reputable university
- Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 scale
- At least 5 years of working experience in SAP implementation projects
- Proficient in English (Business Level) is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of employees
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills
- Willing to work hard and possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mastery in using Microsoft Office tools
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work in a tight schedule under pressure
