Brief intro

3–5+ years managing AEs in B2B SaaS or tech, with experience selling or managing across EMEA markets Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales talent across different countries and cultures A track record of building structured outbound pipeline processes that actually stick, in a distributed regional team Strong forecasting discipline and a history of hitting quota Comfort managing a team distributed across multiple time zones The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Background in developer tools, content platforms, or product-led growth combined with enterprise sales Fluent English; an additional European language (German, French, or similar) is a plus
