Key details
- Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production
- Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces
- Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial products
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback
- Maintain consistency across mobile and web experiences
- Continuously refine interactions, accessibility and overall product quality

Requirements & details
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design (portfolio required)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design
- Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
- Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout and interaction design
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Remote role, candidates must be based in Netherlands
- Strong English communication required
- Figma, FigJam, Design Systems, Interactive Prototyping, Auto Layout, Component Libraries
