Job description

Design beautiful and intuitive interfaces for iOS and Android applications
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and production-ready UI
Design mobile experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and financial services
Build and maintain mobile design systems and reusable components
Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Optimize interfaces for usability, accessibility and platform guidelines
Iterate designs using analytics, usability findings and product feedback
Ensure consistency across different devices, screen sizes and operating systems

2+ years of experience designing mobile applications
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile UI work (portfolio required)
Expert proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
Deep understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design
Strong understanding of mobile usability, responsive layouts and interaction design
Excellent attention to typography, spacing, colour and visual hierarchy
Ability to simplify complex financial workflows into clean mobile experiences
Remote role, candidates must be based in Netherlands
Strong English communication skills required
