Job description

Deliver one-on-one online English classes to students aged 3 to 18 across Asia using interactive courseware inspired by Oxford Thinkers
Teach through Polly English's self-developed online classrooms, ensuring high-interaction, high-quality lessons
Provide customized courses tailored to each student's needs
Maintain availability during peak hours (Singapore Time): weekdays 5:00 PM–9:00 PM and weekends all day
Teach a minimum of 10 hours during peak times

Compensation: $16–$24 per hour
Exclusive New Teacher Rewards of up to USD $100 for teachers who join and start teaching between August 14 and September 30
PPT Slot Reward Option 1: Earn USD $50 by opening 10 recurring PPT slots per week for 4 consecutive weeks after joining, completing your first class, and having no no-shows
PPT Slot Reward Option 2: Earn USD $100 by opening 20 recurring PPT slots per week for 4 consecutive weeks after joining, completing at least 5 classes, and having no no-shows
Limited-Time Bonus: Earn up to $50 by completing your application and opening peak-time slots

High demand: newly onboarded teachers often receive bookings within 24 hours

Native English speaker from USA or Canada
Bachelor's degree or higher
Teaching or teacher qualification certificate issued by local authorities, plus an ESL certificate
Over 1 year of teaching experience in local or international schools (including overseas international school experience)
Technical: Polly English APP; stable internet connection and Intel Core i5 (8th Gen or above); device must pass compatibility test
Availability: Peak Hours (Singapore Time): Weekdays 5:00 PM–9:00 PM; Weekends all day
Minimum Teaching Hours: 10 hours during peak times
