Job description

Process, clean, and validate liquidity and trading data to ensure accuracy and usability
Extract and transform trading data to generate regular reports (weekly/monthly) and support alerting mechanisms
Monitor liquidity dashboards and identify anomalies in a timely manner
Maintain and update market parameter configuration tables
Support market maker onboarding and assist with incentive distribution processes
Participate in data analysis for liquidity mechanism design and assist in testing new incentive models

Experience in developing trading systems or financial-related products is a plus

Ability to adapt quickly to evolving liquidity strategies and incentive mechanisms
