Job description

Resolve IT requests including access, security, and equipment requests, and administer internal platforms such as Apple hardware and macOS, Google Workspace, Iru/Kandji, Slack, Atlassian, and 1Password
Handle engineering challenges related to operational efficiency and compliance
Establish relationships across the organization to understand department-level support needs
Manage staff onboarding and offboarding, collaborating with People Operations and hiring managers, creating and updating documentation, partnering with domestic and international hardware vendors, and orchestrating new hires' preboarding and day one experience
Implement support models and security guidelines established by the Senior System Administrator and collaborate with teams managing other aspects of the company technology stack

2+ years of experience in an IT Support role with demonstrated success supporting global IT Operations internal stakeholders
Deep working knowledge of Apple hardware and macOS, Google Workspace, Iru/Kandji, and Slack
Exceptional written and verbal communication in English with a customer-first mindset
Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to resolving technical issues
Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Hours are 9-5:00 EDT with occasional minor after-hours responses to simple support requests, or very rare 8-8:30 AM start times due to support needs after major system changes
