Key details
- Own the EMEA marketing strategy and build a regional marketing plan grounded in market and cultural nuances, aligned to business goals and built to scale
- Localize content, assets, webinars, ads, and event formats developed by US and corporate teams for EMEA markets, adjusting for language, market maturity, buying behavior, and local business culture
- Lead field and event programs, including hosted events, sponsorships, webinars, and community events that generate pipeline and build relationships
- Partner directly with EMEA sales leadership on sponsorships, field events, executive dinners, direct mail, ABM programs, and custom experiences to build pipeline and move deals forward
- Partner across Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Growth Marketing to plan and execute campaigns, launches, and programs
- Build shared GTM calendars, campaign overviews, and enablement materials to give sales visibility into upcoming and running programs and performance
- Track the impact of every program on pipeline generation, deal progression, and closed-won revenue, and use insights to sharpen regional strategy
- Own the EMEA marketing budget and make trade-offs to maximize pipeline and revenue impact

Requirements & details
- 10+ years of field, event, or regional marketing experience, including senior or leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments at recognized brands
- A track record of setting regional marketing strategy, not just executing against someone else's plan
- Experience localizing marketing programs, content, or campaigns for multiple countries or markets, with a real understanding of regional and cultural nuance across EMEA
- Proven ability to plan and run flagship conferences, executive dinners, and third-party sponsored trade shows
- Comfort managing a regional budget and making trade-offs to maximize ROI
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience aligning sales, marketing, and customer success around a shared plan
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple markets, priorities, and stakeholders at once
- Willingness to travel across EMEA for events as needed (up to 40%)
