Job description

Lead company-wide strategic finance projects, connecting financial analysis to business strategy, strategic trade-offs, and operational priorities
Build, refine, and maintain high-quality financial models, budget frameworks, scenario plans, and benchmarking metrics to guide internal growth decisions
Lead workstreams for equity and debt financing, preparing materials, financial narratives, and valuation analyses for discussions with external investors and partners
Own M&A process execution from opportunity evaluation and diligence to financial impact analysis, valuation frameworks, and internal recommendations
Build structured, scalable frameworks for transaction diligence, financial forecasting, and strategic evaluation to empower leadership to act quickly with confidence
Work directly in the details to build models and presentation decks yourself while independently driving complex strategic workstreams forward
