Delivery Manager

Key details

• Participate in pre-sales processes and client discussions to build optimal end-to-end delivery processes and/or solutions aligned with client goals and Viseven's commercial interests
• Ensure high delivery quality in new business development: participate in pre-sales, prepare proposals, conclude contracts, and form pricing in close collaboration with other teams
• Collaborate with the Account Manager on executing the account's annual budget; help identify and attract new revenue sources, ensure revenue recognition, manage performance and productivity, and successfully deliver projects within revenue and cost budgets
• Manage and monitor gross margin (GM) and conduct ongoing earned value (EV) analysis
• Partner with clients to validate the project business case, define metrics and success criteria, and identify, measure, and plan achievement of sustainable benefits
• Proactively seek additional benefits through existing or newly implemented systems, processes, and data
• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and thoroughly analyze all aspects of the production lifecycle
• Promote standardization of processes and technologies, apply Lessons Learned practices, and share knowledge across teams
• Continuously evaluate end-to-end delivery processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency
• Identify and manage collaboration risks and provide early notification of significant issues
• Assist in analyzing client processes through needs analysis and recommend new business models, workflows, and technology solutions
• Propose innovative company-level solutions for business problems and processes using technology to drive marketing differentiation, efficiency, and client satisfaction
• Create and maintain effective structures and procedures for resource engagement, decision-making, issue resolution, and portfolio goal achievement
• Prioritize and adjust resources, activities, and schedules across projects and programs to balance risks and efforts between strategic business changes and ongoing operations
• Optimize resource allocation considering organizational priorities, capacity, skills, and development needs, maximizing cross-business collaboration
