Job description

Live in the trenches across Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and group chats as an active participant with standing
Be the fastest voice in the room, posting quickly and accurately when chains halt, listings drop, or markets move sharply
Build an inner circle by standing up an ambassador and power-user program for market makers, quant desks, and high-volume traders
Run public-facing events including AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches, competitions, and post-mortems
Close the loop with Product by surfacing community issues to PMs with evidence and reporting back to the community
Write high-quality short-form and long-form content, including threads on microstructure, feature teardowns, and release notes
Prove impact through sentiment, share of voice, community-sourced signups, and retention of key accounts

3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience in crypto, fintech, gaming, or dev tools

You have thick skin and good instincts, de-escalating without going corporate and knowing when to push back
You have built something from a standing start, not just maintained an existing account
You operate without a brief and are comfortable with ambiguity in a company that ships constantly and reorganizes around opportunity
