Job description

Manage relationships with talent and key partners
Exercise excellent creative and business judgement, tracking entertainment trends, and developing breakthrough original formats
Build relationships with buyers, key stakeholders at Overdrive, talent, artist representatives and the greater creative community
Lead and manage the curation of talent/media outreach and pipeline of creators
Lead dealmaking and closing process with various creative partners
Liaise with other departments including Brand, Publicity, Finance and Legal Affairs

Overdrive is a hardcore media company programming digital video, photos and audio for a gnarly psychographic that's into dumbass comedy and bare knuckle fighting

5+ years of creative executive or representation experience brokering talent/activation/sponsorship/media deals
Deep understanding of the nuts and bolts of development, including ideation, creation of pitch materials, production, and dealmaking
Experience working with digital creators and distributing on digital platforms
Experience working with other departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs
Experience with all creative aspects of video/photo development production and post production
Remote
Target compensation $10,000-12,000 per month
Contract or Salary; preference is a 3-month contract to start
